Ana Alfaro, la aristóloga de La Prensa escribió sobre él: “El Talentoso señor
Perrino.
Álvaro Perrino es español, a Panamá lo trajo el amor hace más de 15 años,
trabajó por muchos años como jefe de cocina en El Bodegón y emprendió para
cumplir un sueño que le comentó a Ana, administrar algo suyo en Panamá.
De esa meta nace Azafrán, restaurante que abrió hace 5 años, y el cual desde
